Ep. 11 - Junglebird + Faith and Technology

Ingredients
- 1oz Dark Rum (or Lyre’s Dark Cane) 
- 1.5oz Campari (or Lyre’s Italian Orange) 
- 1.5oz pineapple juice 
- 1/4oz simple syrup 
- juice from half lime 
- Lemon wedge, cherry, and mint sprig garnish 
Recipe
- Add all liquid ingredients to shaker with ice; shake vigorously 
- Strain over lowball glass with large ice cube 
- Garnish with lemon wedge, cherry, and mint sprig
